This is a lovely Hearts Brand Blouse. It has a rounded neck line, short sleeves, and decorative lace all over. The shell is made of 56% cotton and 44% nylon. The inside lining is made of 100% cotton. It is recommended to hand wash in cold water and line dry. Do not bleach or Dry Clean. Use a low iron. The Blouse has a zipper closure in back and a lovely fitted waist. It is a cream/off white color. This is a gently used consignment in excellent condition.
