This is an elegant brand new peplum style dress. It’s made of 50% cotton, 45% polyester, and 5% spandex. It has a 3/4 sleeve, a tie crew neck, ruffle peplum waist detail, and a retro o-neck.
Machine wash or hand wash in cold water.
