Thank you for shopping with Uylee’s Boutique. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we hope every order is perfect, we understand that sometimes an item may not work out. Please review our complete policy below.
General Return Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To ensure the highest standards of quality, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

We are unable to accept returns based on personal preference, sizing choice, or a change of mind.

Size exchanges are gladly offered, subject to availability.

Approved returns for damaged items qualify for a complimentary prepaid return label.

All returns must receive prior authorization before being sent back.

Items returned without approval cannot be accepted or processed.

All approved returns must be in pristine, unworn, and unwashed condition, free of odors or marks, with original tags attached.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Face masks
- Wigs
- Women’s undergarments
- Skin care and health items
- Jewelry
- Hand-tailored tie sets
- Handmade or custom items (shirts, accessories, mugs, etc.)
- Gently used / used / consignment items (“as is”)
- Sale or clearance items
- Specialty items
- International orders (unless defective)
These items cannot be resold for hygiene or customization reasons; therefore, no refunds or exchanges are available.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Option 1: Through Your Customer Account
- Create or log into your account:

Log in: https://uyleesboutique.fashion/account - Enter your email and the 6-digit verification code sent to you.
- Select the order and the item you want to return.
- Choose the return reason and add notes.
- Submit your request.
If approved, you will receive:
- A prepaid return label by email
- Instructions for shipping your item back
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued.
Option 2: Without an Account
Submit a request through the “Contact Us” form on our website.
Returns (Refund Requests)
We accept refunds only if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The incorrect item was received
- The item does not fit and the needed exchange size is out of stock
Additional details:
- Refunds apply to product cost only, not shipping.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive your item.
- Items must meet our condition requirements.
Please do not mail items back using your own postage. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Exchanges (Same Item, Different Size Only)
Exchanges are available when:
- The item does not fit
- You want the same item in a different size
Exchange information:
- Exchanges are free when using our prepaid return label.
- If the size you want is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- Items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
Walmart Orders:
Returns for Walmart purchases must be initiated on Walmart.com under:
My Account → Order Number → See Details → Contact This Seller
Damaged Items / Shipping Claims
We are not responsible for USPS damage during transit.
If your package arrives damaged:
- File a USPS claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
- Use the tracking number provided with your shipment.
All packages are insured.
Color Disclaimer
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen variations. This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a return on that basis.
Out-of-Stock Items
Because we sell on multiple platforms, an item may sell out before updates occur.
If this happens:
- You will be notified immediately.
- A full refund, including shipping, will be issued within 72 hours.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be processed, especially for handmade or custom items.
Chargebacks & Payment Reversals (Legal Notice)
A chargeback issued after receiving merchandise is considered fraudulent.
By placing an order, you agree:
- Not to file chargebacks for issues covered in our Return Policy.
- To accept this policy as binding under our Terms & Conditions.
If a chargeback is filed:
- You agree to pay the full order amount plus the $50 chargeback fee assessed to our shop.
- Legal action may be taken to recover merchandise and associated costs.
