The dress has a tie in front and a strap sleeve and rounded neckline.  Both are made of 97% polyester and 3% elastane. 

Machine wash or professional dry clean.

I absolutely love this one!!! Unfortunately, I’m a shorty so I’ll need to get the duster trimmed or wear high heels but the dress fits nicely and is very slenderizing with the belt hanging. Just be mindful of the duster length, I always forget to factor that in.
