Processing & Shipping Policy

At Uylee’s Boutique & Hair, we offer two different processing timelines depending on the item ordered. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Ready-to-Ship Items (Next-Day Dispatch Collection)

Items listed in our Next-Day Dispatch Collection are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

This includes:

• All items featured in the Next-Day Dispatch collection
All men’s tie sets

Please note:
Processing time does not mean delivery will occur within one day. It means your order will be prepared and shipped within that timeframe.

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare, package, and hand your order to the shipping carrier.

Delivery time begins once the package has been transferred to USPS or UPS and is based on the shipping method selected and your location.


Standard Processing Items (All Other Merchandise)

All other items in our shop are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:
Processing time does not mean delivery will occur within seven days. It means your order will be prepared and shipped within that timeframe.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on:

• The shipping carrier (USPS or UPS)
• The shipping method selected at checkout
• Domestic or international destination
• Carrier transit schedules and seasonal delays

We do not control carrier transit times once a package leaves our facility.


Tracking Information

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We recommend monitoring your tracking number directly through the carrier for the most accurate delivery updates.

We can not guarantee how long USPS takes to get a package to you once we pass the package onto USPS. 

Normal shipping is a flat rate of $9.30. Packages with three or more items included are $16.25. All shipping fees are determined by USPS based on weight. Shipping fees are not determined by our Boutique. These prices are subject to change at any time by USPS Postal Master. 

Our Custom T-Shirts and mugs are shipped directly from our Printing Factory, not from our Boutique. However, we will provide you with the tracking number, and keep you updated on the progress of your custom item's delivery status.  

Please note, our Shop is not responsible for items damaged during transit by USPS.  Nor are we responsible for items lost by USPS. If the USPS damages or loses your package, please file a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

All of our packages are shipped insured. You will need your tracking number that we provided you to file a claim and receive reimbursement for your damaged or lost package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do provide World Wide shipping on all items in our Boutique.  The shipping cost for our dresses, skirts, shoes, and other items is determined by the Postal Master based on weight, not our Boutique.  You may find out the shipping fee by proceeding with your order.  When you reach the final process, the system will tell you how much it will cost you to ship this item to your address.  At that time you may accept the shipping charge that is quoted, or you may cancel your order. Your card will not be charged if you decide to cancel the order and not proceed. 

LOST INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE

To file a claim for a lost USPS package sent internationally, you can call the International Research Group at 1-800-222-1811. You'll need to provide the 10-digit GXG tracking number, which starts with "82" or "83", and the GXG Air Waybill (PS Form 11FGG1) as proof of mailing. You must initiate the inquiry within 90 days of the mailing date. If the package is lost, the Postal Service will send a claim packet to the sender with instructions on how to file a claim.
