We know how frustrating it is to want to know the status of  your order, and to not be able to find out.  We would like to be able to provide you with a quick and accurate update.  The best way to receive a response from our Shop is to submit a request through our "Contact Us" form below. We receive a large amount of emails from solicitors and spammers. However, our Customer Contact form emails are placed at the top of our email list as priority. 

Please note, our emails are answered within 72-hours (3-days).  All emails are answered within the order that they were received. Hence, there is not a need to send multiple emails through the contact form in an effort to receive faster service.  This will only delay the time it takes us to respond to other Customer inquiries.  We will still only respond to your initial inquiry first.
