This is a lovely brand new black dress with gorgeous floral prints throughout. It has a surprise neckline and a true wrap with ruffled hem line. It is made of 97% polyester and 3% spandex. The lining is made of 100% polyester.
Just beautiful! This dress is comfortable and gorgeous. I am 5’ 4” so I must wear heals because of the length but this dress is incredible. It’s fully lined and the material is so soft.
